Jnews does not use intrusive tracking cookies. We do not run a consent banner because we do not need to: we only set what's strictly necessary for the site to work, and our analytics provider is cookieless.
Essential cookies
A small number of cookies may be set by the server for security purposes — for example, to remember whether you have dismissed an interface element, or to protect against form abuse. These are first-party only and expire when you close your browser, or shortly after.
Analytics
We use Plausible Analytics to understand which articles are read and on what kind of device. It is cookie-free, privacy-friendly, and explicitly designed not to track individuals across the web. It collects no personal data, so we do not need your consent under PECR or UK GDPR for it.
Third-party content
We do not embed third-party ad networks, social media trackers or like-buttons. Our pages do not load Facebook, X or Google trackers.
Controlling cookies
You can clear cookies from your browser settings at any time. Doing so will not break your reading experience on Jnews.
